Hotel Room Rates
We have negotiated the following rates: 

• Single/Double Occupancy: $222.39/night (inclusive of the current 17.66% sleeping room tax)
• Government Room Rate: $161.25 (inclusive of the current 17.66% sleeping room tax).  If you are eligible for the government room rate, please contact Darnette Holbert at [email protected] for the link you should use to make your hotel reservation.
  

Hotel Room Cut Off Date
The cutoff date to take advantage of this rate is Monday, August 12; any reservation requests made after this date are subject to availability.  Take advantage of the negotiated rate today! 

Please note, when you make your hotel reservation, the credit card you submit will only be used to guarantee your reservation. You will provide your method of payment upon check in. You’ll have up until 48 hours before your arrival to cancel with no penalty.  If you cancel less than 48 hours before your arrival, you will be charged one night room and tax.

Via Air
The Hyatt Regency Louisville is approximately 8 miles from the Louisville Muhammed Ali International Airport (SDF).  Ride share services such as Uber and Lyft, or taxis, are available from the airport to the hotel.

To enter the United States of America, a passport valid for the duration of your stay is required. You are also advised to contact your consulate for the most current Visa information before traveling if you have questions.
